Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed automatically and usually ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time
Our products ship from our partner warehouses in Asia. Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days after shipping. During busy periods (such as Halloween, Black Friday and Christmas) or due to customs, delivery may take a little longer.

Tracking
Every order is shipped with tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and import fees
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong address or failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
